Dear Madam or Sir,
The Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs of the Slovak Republic, Ministry of Education, Science, Research and Sport of the Slovak Republic, Slovak-Sino Chamber of Commerce and Slovak Cetre for Scientific and Technical Information will organize 2nd Symposium on Innovation, cooperation in technology and international transfer of technology China + 16 CEEC.
With the aim of sharing successful experiences and exploring future cooperation with colleagues from China, Central and Eastern European Countries, the Symposium will provide opportunities for government officials, experts and managers in the field of innovation & technology cooperation and international technology transfer to develop mutually beneficial relationships and to exchange knowledge and ideas.
The Symposium includes lectures given by Slovak experts on innovation & technology cooperation and international technology transfer, field visits to local Science&Technology companies.
We would like to invite our counterparts from China, Central and Eastern European Countries to participate in this Symposium to be held in Bratislava on September 21 – 23, 2015.

Dear Colleague,
As a participant on the 2nd Symposium on Innovation, Cooperation in Technology and International Transfer of Technology, China + 16 CEEC Format, we would like to ask you to fulfil questionnaire sheet, which is an attachment to the official invitation. This document contains basic information about your country and policies in the area of technology and innovation. The inseparable part of sheet is a description of joint activities with China in the above mentioned area. Please send fulfiled document S&T Profile Form available in the menu above to symposium@cvtisr.sk till August 31, 2015. There will be a catalogue with country S&T profiles produced and distributed during the event.

There are five types of participants with different conditions according to country and type of participation selected:
EXPENSES
The Slovak Government will cover the expenses of accommodation (only for Chinese participants - official delegation), local transportation and field visits for the Chinese participants – official delegation during the Symposium in Bratislava.
Accommodation expenses for official country representatives (1+1 per country) in Hotel MERCURE will be covered by organisers (Slovak-Sino Chamber of Commerce).
There is no registration fee for the seminar for participants.
Participants shall pay for the round trip international flight tickets by themselves.
