Remote access to e-resources

Remote access (outside of the premises of the SCSTI) to licensed electronic information resources  (EIZ)   is permitted only to physical entities - users of the services of SCSTI holding a valid library card  and whose access to these services is not blocked. If you are not a registered SCSTI user and are interested in EIR, you can register via remote access.

Remote access is permitted only after entering the number of the user’s library card and password. When accessing the system for the first time, the password is the number of the user’s library card. Subsequently, the user can change the password at any time.
