Theses and dissertations

The Central Registry of Theses and Dissertations is a database comprising graduation publications (bachelor, diploma and doctoral) and qualification postdoctoral publications (habilitation) of academic members of all Slovak universities from 2010.

The anti-plagiarism system is a software tool for detecting plagiarism. This system is applied to theses and dissertations to check their originality. In compliance with Slovak legislation, Slovak universities are obliged to send all of the publications listed above to the Central Registry of Theses and Dissertations for verification. In the Registry, the contents of these publications are compared with the contents of other publications in the Registry and some publications selected from internet resources.
